Jubilee.bz LLC offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with a report for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email on your receipt, or contact us through this website.

If a report fails to generate or won't open after payment, contact us and we'll fix it or refund you.
